It is used to hook your resistance band on, in order to be able to do a whole new range of exercises and workouts!

How to use them?

- Place the rubber side behind the door (either on top, bottom or on the side, depending on the movement or exercise you want to do)

- Loop the fabric through the gap.

- Attach your resistance band on the other side and you are good to go!
